Background
It started as a simple community website to promote shops in the historic High Street and a listing of all recycle centres, but then grew to try other ideas to engage the community
We are a group of residents with a passion for local history. Joe Thompson (all things tech), John Ellerby (wordsmith) and Damon Rogers (Research Guru) combined their skills to create a template for other communities. First launched in 2020, it has expanded to Street Strolls, Skylines, where to buy bread and also the Our Fallen project
